About Mel

I began my journey at Learn With Mel (LWM) as a classroom assistant before transitioning into tutoring after being approached by a parent..

Despite lacking confidence in my own learning while growing up, I was determined to provide a safe space where pupils could grow in confidence and develop a love for learning.

Through word of mouth, I gradually built up a clientele, which grew significantly during the pandemic when sessions moved online.

To meet the increasing demand, I expanded my team.

Today, LWM continues to grow — making a positive impact on more students’ lives and providing them with a supportive environment in which they can thrive.
