Hi, I’m Zara!

I’m a Master’s student in Medicinal Chemistry at Queen’s University Belfast. I’ve always had a love for science and maths, and I’m passionate about helping young people feel confident in these subjects. I understand that maths and science can be challenging at times, but my goal is to break down tricky concepts and explain them in a way that’s simple, clear, and enjoyable to learn. I want every student to recognise their potential and see that with the right support, they can achieve great things.

In my sessions, I work hard to create a positive, supportive space where children feel encouraged to ask questions and enjoy learning. I work with both primary pupils building confidence in the basics and older students preparing for their GCSEs, always aiming to spark genuine interest in STEM subjects. I love seeing those “lightbulb moments” when concepts click and helping students develop skills that will benefit them for life.
