About Ellie Price

Hi, I’m Ellie!

I’m currently training to be a primary school teacher at Stranmillis University. I’m passionate about creating a positive and enjoyable learning environment where children feel happy, supported, and excited to learn. I love using games, songs, and hands-on activities to bring lessons to life and make learning engaging for every child. I believe that when learning is enjoyable, confidence grows naturally – and that’s something I focus on in every session.

My goal is to help each child find joy in learning and feel proud of their progress, whatever their starting point. I aim to build strong, trusting relationships with the children I work with, ensuring they feel safe to take risks and try new things. There’s nothing better than seeing a child’s face light up when they finally “get” something they’ve been working on. I’m excited to bring energy, creativity, and plenty of encouragement to every tutoring session!
